A Farmer’s Journey | Season 2
As the lead producer for Season 2 of "A Farmer's Journey," a documentary series sponsored by Bayer to promote Climate FieldView, I oversaw the continuation of a compelling and successful branded content series. The season, which garnered nominations for various awards, focused on Jacquelyne Leffler, a young female farmer in Americus, Kansas, managing her family's cattle and crop operation.
Throughout the project, I played a pivotal role in pre-production: orchestrating meetings for both creative direction and to confirm logistical details. I also crafted schedules, call lists, and other pre-production materials.
In my capacity as project manager, I maintained daily communication with the clients at Bayer, collaborated with diverse teams to align strategies, hired and organized crew, facilitated logistics, and secured necessary permits and locations.
Additionally, I contributed creatively, facilitating creative brainstorming sessions between the client and director, developing script outlines. In post-production, I’d monitor the edits and make sure that the creative vision remained in tact while also supporting the overall brand objectives.
