As the lead producer for the AT&T spot at Coolfire Studios, my primary responsibility was to oversee the project from conception to completion. This production, commissioned by FleishmanHillard for their client AT&T, aimed to showcase forthcoming technological advancements and had a budget of $100K. Throughout pre-production, I facilitated meetings, collaborated on schedule creation, and compiled essential pre-production materials such as shot lists and call sheets to ensure a smooth workflow.
During all stages of production, I managed the project, maintaining daily communication with the client, FleishmanHillard, while coordinating with various team members to align efforts with the overarching campaign strategy and objectives. Additionally, I handled crucial production tasks, including hiring and coordinating the crew, managing equipment, and executing essential location-related duties, such as scouting and obtaining necessary permits. My comprehensive involvement and meticulous attention to detail ensured the successful execution of the internal video, highlighting AT&T's future technological capabilities.
